peanutbuttahealthnut:

Sweet N’ Salty Cookies
I made this recipe up completely on my own.  I just basically threw together some things and this is what came of it - SO, SO GOOD!!!
*Note: measurements are an estimate. I literally was just throwing things in there without measuring cups and stuff.
Makes 6 cookies (so you don’t go nutzo eating all of them in one sitting :)
1/2 C oats
about 1/2 C unsweetened applesauce (or until creamy, like if you were to add butter)
SPRINKLE of sugar (or honey/agave if you’d rather)
1/4 C whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tbsp hazelnut spread (nutella has tons of sugar, so I used a ‘healthier’ sub)
1 tbsp chocolate chips (or carob chips!)
a few crushed (salted) pretzels
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Stir everything up in a bowl, pop it in the oven for 10 minutes, and voila! You have awesome sweet n’ salty cookies!
